How TIFA Recruits handles personal data submitted through this site. Detailed notice coming shortly.
TIFA Recruits is a data controller registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. We hold personal data only for the purposes for which it was provided, in line with UK GDPR.
Client registration forms are used to respond to commissioning enquiries and are retained for the lifetime of the active commercial relationship.
Job applications are retained for 12 months from submission unless the candidate is added to our active workforce pool, in which case standard employment data retention applies.
Shift booking requests are processed under our commercial agreement with the client organisation and retained in line with contract terms.
