The staffing division of TIFA Life
Built from the operational reality of running care services, not from a staffing template. We know what good care staff look like because we employ them ourselves.
Born from operational experience
TIFA Recruits was founded with a clear purpose: to deliver professional staffing solutions that meet the compliance and quality standards required by Welsh care commissioners.
Most agencies couldn't meet the standard needed. Staff arrived without adequate training, compliance documentation was patchy, and there was no continuity. We built TIFA Recruits to solve that, providing thoroughly vetted, trained staff for commissioning partners across Wales.
Our workforce is recruited, vetted, and trained to the highest standards before deployment. This means every worker we supply has demonstrated competence and professional capability, not just a certificate.
Our mission
To deliver the most compliant, operationally tested workforce available to Welsh care services, built on transparency, accountability, and genuine safeguarding.
Our vision
A care sector in Wales where staffing quality is never a compromise. Where every worker deployed is trained, vetted, and operationally ready.
Our values
Safeguarding first. Operational integrity. Investment in people. Transparency with commissioners. Continuous improvement.
Part of something bigger
