Mandatory training

Induction and shadowing
Structured induction into TIFA Life services with supervised shadowing shifts. You'll learn our systems, meet the teams, and build confidence.
Start working
Once signed off, you'll begin working within TIFA Life services and external placements. Regular supervision and ongoing support from day one.
