Working in Swansea
Swansea is the operational base for TIFA Recruits. Most of our long-tenured workforce is based here, and the depth of the local pool means same-day shifts open and close more frequently in Swansea than anywhere else we cover. Placements range across the city centre, Townhill, Morriston, Penlan, Gorseinon and the Gower fringe. A driving licence is helpful but not essential — most placements are reachable on public transport or by cycle from a central base.

Requirements
- ✓ Experience working overnight in care or supported living settings
- ✓ Calm, reliable and comfortable working independently
- ✓ First aid and medication administration training (or willingness to complete)
- ✓ Able to respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism
