Working in Swansea
Swansea is the operational base for TIFA Recruits. Most of our long-tenured workforce is based here, and the depth of the local pool means same-day shifts open and close more frequently in Swansea than anywhere else we cover. Placements range across the city centre, Townhill, Morriston, Penlan, Gorseinon and the Gower fringe. A driving licence is helpful but not essential — most placements are reachable on public transport or by cycle from a central base.

Requirements
- ✓ Experience in care or supported living preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- ✓ Willingness to complete mandatory training and work towards qualifications
- ✓ Enhanced DBS check (funded by TIFA)
