Working in Swansea
Swansea is the operational base for TIFA Recruits. Most of our long-tenured workforce is based here, and the depth of the local pool means same-day shifts open and close more frequently in Swansea than anywhere else we cover. Placements range across the city centre, Townhill, Morriston, Penlan, Gorseinon and the Gower fringe. A driving licence is helpful but not essential — most placements are reachable on public transport or by cycle from a central base.

Requirements
- ✓ Minimum 2 years' experience in care or supported living with supervisory responsibilities
- ✓ Leadership, mentoring and performance management experience
- ✓ QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- ✓ Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and CIW standards
