Working in Rhondda Cynon Taf
RCT placements split between valleys settings, where workers may need to drive between communities, and town-centre services in Pontypridd and Aberdare. Most of our RCT roles run longer single shifts rather than split-shift patterns, and travel between placements within a shift is paid. A driving licence is strongly preferred for valleys placements.

Requirements
- ✓ Experience in care or supported living preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- ✓ Willingness to complete mandatory training and work towards qualifications
- ✓ Enhanced DBS check (funded by TIFA)
