Working in Pembrokeshire
Pembrokeshire is the most rural patch we cover. Most placements need a driving licence and access to a vehicle, given the distances between coastal and inland communities. We use our digital platform to coordinate shifts and supervision remotely, so workers in Pembrokeshire are not isolated even when placements are dispersed. Bilingual Welsh and English speakers are welcome.

Requirements
- ✓ Experience in care or supported living preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- ✓ Willingness to complete mandatory training and work towards qualifications
- ✓ Enhanced DBS check (funded by TIFA)
