Working in Neath Port Talbot
Our Neath Port Talbot pool is a tight-knit group of long-serving workers, which means consistent staffing patterns at the placements we cover. Roles in NPT often involve cross-cover with Swansea services, so a working knowledge of both areas is an advantage. A driving licence is helpful for placements outside the main Neath and Port Talbot centres.

Requirements
- ✓ Experience in care or supported living preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- ✓ Willingness to complete mandatory training and work towards qualifications
- ✓ Enhanced DBS check (funded by TIFA)
- ✓ Reliable, compassionate and professional approach
