Working in Bridgend
Bridgend placements cover both supported living and residential care, with services spread across Bridgend town, Maesteg and Porthcawl. A driving licence is preferred for Bridgend roles given the spread of placements and the more limited public transport between settlements. Bridgend is one of our newer patches, so workers here often help shape how we operate locally.

Requirements
- ✓ Experience in care or supported living preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- ✓ Willingness to complete mandatory training and work towards qualifications
- ✓ Enhanced DBS check (funded by TIFA)
